For Semester 2, 2020 Orientation Week, Student Central was given less than two weeks to shift our services from being face-to-face to fully virtual.
In this shift, I was responsible for creating, filming and editing live webinars, establishing a Student Central Wattle page, creating and promoting live webinars, developing a chatbot, and more. While the work was certainly difficult and strenuous at times, it was a great challenge that I took head-on. Through effective teamwork and collaboration, Student Central was able to deliver a high-quality virtual Orientation Week for our new students.
